2016 TASH Conference has ended
Each year, the TASH Conference strengthens the disability field by connecting attendees to innovative information and resources, facilitating connections between stakeholders within the disability movement, and helping attendees reignite their passion for an inclusive world. This year’s conference theme, “Gateway to Equity,” explores inclusive communities, schools, and workplaces that support people with disabilities, including those with complex support needs, in living a fair, just, and balanced life. Chair, Board of Directors
Manchester by the Sea, MA
I serve as Board Chair of a family organization, Mass Families Organizing for Change. Our mission is to provide sustained advocacy and leadership training in pursuit of high quality, individualized community support and service options, including family support, for people with disabilities and their families. I also manage one of five family leadership contracts in the state and facilitate trainings for family leaders whose loved ones have special health care needs and/or I/DD. I am particularly interested in connecting with people who might be interested in doing webinars or speaking at events we organize in Massachusetts.
