2016 TASH Conference has ended
Each year, the TASH Conference strengthens the disability field by connecting attendees to innovative information and resources, facilitating connections between stakeholders within the disability movement, and helping attendees reignite their passion for an inclusive world. This year’s conference theme, “Gateway to Equity,” explores inclusive communities, schools, and workplaces that support people with disabilities, including those with complex support needs, in living a fair, just, and balanced life. I am a wife and mother to 2 beautiful girls and 1 handsome boy. I am currently the transition specialist for Bryan ISD in Bryan, Texas. I have been in the special education field for 9 years and have always taught secondary level. I am also a person with disabilities (Tourette Syndrome, OCD, and Anxiety). I cannot wait to present at the TASH conference this year and I look forward to meeting all of you!
