Each year, the TASH Conference strengthens the disability field by connecting attendees to innovative information and resources, facilitating connections between stakeholders within the disability movement, and helping attendees reignite their passion for an inclusive world. This year’s conference theme, “Gateway to Equity,” explores inclusive communities, schools, and workplaces that support people with disabilities, including those with complex support needs, in living a fair, just, and balanced life. Found in 22 top special education journals from 1990 to 2015. Findings will describe longitudinal trends associated with transition age students with significant disabilities, transition-related topics addressed, and the type of methodology and interventions used. Specifically, results will portray (a) which special education journals included transition articles about students with severe disabilities, (b) participant demographics, (c) article type, (d) methodology and intervention (e) topics, (f) setting, and (g) location. The poster will conclude by describing implications for future research.
