Each year, the TASH Conference strengthens the disability field by connecting attendees to innovative information and resources, facilitating connections between stakeholders within the disability movement, and helping attendees reignite their passion for an inclusive world. Health-Care Decision-Making with People with IDD provides a Gateway to Equity for people with IDD. This presentation discusses issues and answers as per a national workgroup of AUCD. Providers and advocates must support best practice and innovation in supported health-care decision making to enhance self-advocacy for oneŸ??s own health.
